Kitchen waste truck, also known as meal waste truck, kitchen waste truck or swill truck, is a type of garbage truck used for collecting and transporting household waste, food waste (swill) and urban sludge.

Installation configuration :

1) Integrated square box with a capacity of 15 cubic meters, capable of lifting and unloading materials.
2) Equipped with oil pumping device, high-pressure cleaning device, automatic bucket washing device, clean water tank, sewage tank, and oil storage tank. It can achieve multi-purpose use of one vehicle, clean and tidy, and improve economic efficiency.
3) The optional box body is made of T700 high-strength alloy steel, fully welded as a whole, which greatly improves the strength of the box body while being lightweight.
4) The accessories include Jiashan power take-off, Changyuan hydraulic oil pump, and Zhongmei multi way valve.
5) Equipped with an electronic control operating system, the cab integrates electronic control, allowing for the lifting of the box from both the cab and the elevator side. The elevator can be raised and lowered, and the tailgate can be opened and closed.
6) The tailgate is fully sealed with a hydraulic lock. On the basis of the original self loading and unloading box, 2 multi way valves, 2 sequential valves, and 2 locking oil cylinders are added. The top and waist of the tailgate are automatically adjusted by 4 hydraulic oil cylinders, providing better sealing effect and effectively preventing oil and water leakage.
7) Equipped with a double chain hoist and a stable hoist track to prevent the garbage bin from swinging during lifting. The 120-240L round and square buckets can be lifted. The top compartment door of the box is sealed, and the right rear of the box is equipped with a DN65 drain ball valve and a quick plug female connector.
