Kitchen waste truck,also known as meal waste truck, kitchen waste truck or swill truck, is a type of garbage truck used for collecting and transporting household waste, food waste (swill) and urban sludge.

Installation configuration of JAC Junling 4×2 7.5m³ Kitchen Garbage Truck

1. Front end controller and remote control (optional), capable of controlling the tailgate and shovel function. Adopting electromechanical hydraulic integration, high degree of electrical automation, electro-hydraulic joint control, HG programmable controller centralized control, self-locking and interlocking instructions on the receiver to ensure the sequential execution of various operation instructions, safe and reliable actions, reduce the occurrence rate of faults, and avoid accidents caused by misoperation.

2. Install a national standard garbage bin feeding device, and the hanging bucket elevator adopts a connecting rod structure, suitable for 120L and 210L garbage bins. The feeding lifting is smooth and does not throw wine. Special optimization has been made for heavier kitchen waste: adding rollers to the garbage bin and using rolling friction instead of sliding friction to reduce damage to the garbage bin during lifting when it is fully loaded.

3. The feeding port does not require a sealed cover, and the lifting bucket automatically opens and the dropping bucket automatically closes, achieving a fully enclosed and environmentally friendly garbage storage, collection, and transportation process.

4. The rear tailgate of the box adopts an arc-shaped structure, equipped with dual hydraulic cylinders for hydraulic locking and double convex peak sealing rubber strips: the dual locking structure combines the tension of the hydraulic cylinder and the dual locking of the fixed locking hook. The rear door is tightly integrated with the box, completely solving the problem of rear door leakage and avoiding the formation of three pollution caused by leakage during the transportation of kitchen waste. All oil cylinders are externally mounted to prevent garbage corrosion and have a long service life.

5. A guide groove is installed at the rear of the box, and the kitchen waste flows away through the fluid dynamics designed guide groove during the self dumping process. In addition to aesthetics, the most important thing is that the dumped kitchen waste will not contaminate the vehicle body and maintain its cleanliness.

6. Multi way control valve, using Yangzhou Zhongmei hydraulic valve components, equipped with pressure observation gauge, can control the bucket lifting function, tailgate opening and locking, and push and retract functions

7. Box lifting, used for unloading kitchen waste, can be directly operated through the front-end controller, making unloading operations convenient

8. Adopting a bidirectional filtering hydraulic oil storage tank, both the oil outlet and return ports are equipped with cores to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system and improve its service life.
