Swing arm garbage truck: a garbage truck that lifts the garbage hopper and pours it into the carriage through hydraulic or mechanical swing arms. It can be equipped with multiple garbage bins for continuous operation, suitable for garbage collection in urban streets and residential areas.

Installation configuration:
(1)The bottom plate is welded with 12 # low-alloy channel steel, 50 angle steel, 8mm, 5nm steel plates, etc. It is mainly used for placing garbage bins, supporting the boom, etc.
(2)The boom is composed of steel plates and welded into a box structure, and the lifting and self unloading functions of the garbage bin are achieved through the action of hydraulic cylinders.
(3)The supporting legs are made of steel plates and welded into a box structure, mainly used to support the ground and ensure the stability and safety of the entire vehicle.
(4)The hydraulic cylinder action of the vehicle is controlled by a manual hydraulic multi way valve, which controls the cylinder action. Simple and reliable operation, easy to maintain.
(5)The hydraulic system consists of an oil tank and filtration system, an oil pump, a multi way directional valve, a one-way throttle valve, an oil cylinder, oil pipes, etc. The power of the system comes from the engine, which splits the power through the power take-off and drives the gear pump to work. The gear pump sucks in hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil tank through the oil suction filter, and the multi way valve (located outside the cab and at the front of the trunk) supplies oil. When the multi way valve is working, it causes the boom cylinder and leg cylinder to move. When the hydraulic cylinder is not working, the hydraulic oil flows directly back to the oil tank through the multi way valve.
